AI interviews for facilitators

Pre-work your group will actually do.

Send one link before the session. Roux has a ten minute conversation with each participant, so you walk in knowing where the group agrees, where it splits, and what to spend the day on.

Everyone’s view is in before anyone walks into the room.

  • Pre-work in ten minutes

No doc to fill in. Participants talk it through on their phone, by voice or text, whenever suits them.

  • Every voice, not the loudest

Private, optionally anonymous answers surface what people won’t say in front of the CEO.

  • An agenda built on real tension

See where the group agrees, where it splits, and which topic deserves the most time.

  • Proof the day worked

Send a second Roux a month later. See what moved, what stalled, and show the sponsor.

Questions facilitators ask

Will participants actually do it?

It takes about ten minutes on their phone, and they can talk instead of type. It feels like a quick chat, not homework. Run it named if you want to see who has replied.

Will the CEO see who said what?

Not if you run it anonymous. You can also choose named or email-verified for each Roux. Anonymous usually gets the most candor.

Can I show the readout in the session?

Yes. Put it on screen or share a read-only link. In a small group, read the quotes first, since phrasing can give someone away.

Does it work for design sprints and retros?

Yes. Run expert interviews before a sprint, or a quick check-in before a retro. The Team Health Check template is a good place to start.

What does it cost?

It’s free to start. Plans for regular use are on the pricing page.
